Damaged prints: We apologize if you received a damaged product. While all our orders leave our store in the best condition, unfortunately they may get damaged in transit to you. We can either refund the full amount (including shipping costs) or re-ship the order, provided you send us proof (such as an image/photo) showing us the damaged condition of the product and packaging. Please email us for the best customer support.
This product ships from our studio within 1 - 3 business days of receiving the order. After it leaves our studio it could take an additional 5 - 10 business days to reach you, depending on the delivery location. Approximate delivery times are shown when you place an order, before you make the payment. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times as this depends on delivery partners to fulfil the shipping.

Orders are packaged in a non-bend envelope. Prints are placed in a plastic sleeve which is then placed into the protective envelope.

Items purchased in a single order will be packaged and shipped together.

Items purchased in a separate orders will be packaged and shipped separately. In this case, you may not receive the packages at the same time.
