- Changed your mind? No problem! We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. We will refund you the full amount you paid including shipping and tax (if applicable). Please email us.
- Cancellations are not possible beyond 24 hours of placing the order. If you change your mind after receiving the order, return shipping cost must be covered by the client. We would only refund the order after we receive the product undamaged within 14 days after the product was received by the client.
- Damaged products: We apologize if you received a damaged product. While all our orders leave our store in the best condition, unfortunately they may get damaged in transit to you. We can refund the full amount (including shipping costs), provided you send us proof (such as an image/photo) showing us the damaged condition of the product.
